After missing weight on fight night eve, Lima was bigger than ever, looking like a heavyweight compared to OSP. Lima’s kicks were wild and easy to see coming from a mile away, but he mixed his offense with some heavy punches which kept OSP at a cautious distance.

Lima took the center of the octagon repeatedly and tried to corner OSP in between himself and the octagon fence, looking to fire off at will but OSP made sure to always circle back out of harm’s way. Lima cracked OSP with a left hand, but OSP did not shy away from throwing strikes as he halted Lima’s momentum with a powerful jab where the opening round ended.

Lima continued to throw wild kicks and OSP managed to grab a hold of it, taking Lima down early on in the second round. OSP postured up and blasted Lima with shot after shot, cutting both eyes of Lima. OSP was able to dig his shoulder into the throat of Lima trapping him in the Von Flue Choke, forcing Lima to submit in the second round!
