Fighters get caught off guard with accidental illegal blows nearly every event. Whether it’s an illegal knee, a poke in the eye, or an accidental headbutt, fans stay silent and respectful hoping that the fighter is okay.
However, there is one illegal shot that brings the crowd into a frenzy whenever it is played back on the big screen and that is the big low blow. Last night at “UFC Fight Night 108”, fans let out a collective groan when Michael McBride took a brutal shot to the boys downstairs.
