Andrei Arlovski Leaves Greg Jackson’s Gym Ahead Of UFC Return

It appears former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei Arlovski will no longer be coached by Greg Jackson.

On Thursday, UFC heavyweight Alexey Oleynik, who trains at American Top Team, posted a photo, on his Instagram, of himself training with Arlovski at ATT.

Both Arlovski and Oleynik are training for upcoming UFC fights.

On June 17, Arlovski will fight Marcin Tybura at a UFC Fight Night event in Singapore.

On July 8, at UFC 213, Oleynik will fight heavyweight contender Travis Browne.

Arlovski’s change in training camps comes after a rough patch in his MMA career. Arlovski is currently on a four-fight losing streak in the UFC. His losing streak includes a submission loss to Josh Barnett, and TKO losses to Francis Ngannou, Alistair Overeem, and UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic.

Before the losing streak, Arlovski went on a six-fight winning streak that rejuvenated his career. Not only did Arlovski get back into the UFC, but he also became one of the top contenders.
