During an altercation on The Ultimate Fighter, Justin Buchholz, the head coach of Team Alpha Male, challenged Duane Ludwig to a fight.
In the latest season of TUF, UFC Bantamweight Champion, and TAM member, Cody Garbrandt is coaching opposite of his former teammate, and former champion, TJ Dillashaw.
In a recent episode, Garbrandt gets angry at Ludwig, who is Dillashaw’s coach. Garbrandt attempts to fight him but gets pulled away.
After Garbrandt was taken away, Buchholz challenged Ludwig to a fight.
“How about we fight on the prelims,” Buchholz said to Ludwig.
On the show, Buchholz shared his opinion on Ludwig.
“Duane Ludwig, the guy has been trashing my team and my fighters since he stole TJ from the team and manipulated him to go to Colorado,” Buchholz said. ”
“He’s trying to take credit for stuff that we did, the champion we created in TJ and it’s (expletive). I’m tired of it.”
Ludwig later responded with how he feels about TAM.
“I don’t know how you can force a grown man to follow you across the country,” Ludwig said referring to Dillashaw.
“What I’m seeing from them is the actions from someone in junior high, or high school. It doesn’t really make sense. I’ve moved on. I’m focused on my family and my business and they can’t seem to let it go. I’m not quite sure why they’re so obsessed about TJ and I.”
