UFC welterweight Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone will do almost anything if it results in a good pay day.
This week on the 5ive Rounds podcast with ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, Cerrone was asked if he would fight wild animals on TV for $25 million?
“I’d fight anything,” Cerrone said. ” I’ll (expletive) a man on live TV for $25 million.”
Cerrone is expected to return to the UFC on July 8 at UFC 213 in Las Vegas. He is expected to fight former UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler.
Cerrone is coming off his first loss as a welterweight in the UFC. Back in January, he was defeated by Jorge Masvidal by TKO. Prior to the loss, Cerrone was on a four-fight win streak. He picked up welterweight wins over Alex Oliveira, Patrick Cote, Rick Story, and Matt Brown.
