Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight champion Jose “Scarface” Aldo faced a first round knockout loss to Conor “Notorious” McGregor at UFC 194 in 2015. The title fight cost Jose Aldo his belt. Now, new audio footage has revealed something new about the fight.

UFC color commentator Joe Rogan has been in the business for a long time. The commentating veteran has a history of sizing up fighters and noticing patterns between them. In recently revealed audio footage from UFC 194, Joe Rogan shares a few thoughts on the now again reigning featherweight champion.

“Look how smoother his body looks.” Rogan said, before explaining that he doesn’t look well. “No, he looks soft. He looks deflated. He looks way different. But, he could just be doing a lot of cardio. You don’t want to jump to a conclusion.”

Jose Aldo will be looking to unify his featherweight belt in a title fight against interim champion Max Holloway at UFC 212. The fight goes down June 3 inside the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
