TUF Tempers Flare (Again), And Cody Slams TJ’s Head Into A Wall

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple of years, you already know there is no love lost between T.J. Dillashaw and his former teammates at Team Alpha Male. Ever TJ’s coach Duane Ludwig is in the mix, as he was at one point a coach for TAM, as well.

The fighters and coaches at Team Alpha Male recruited Dillashaw to become an MMA fighter. They built him from scratch and saw him win a world title.

TJ then left the team, lost the belt, and engaged in a feud with his former teammates ever since.

What you see above in the video is the result.

According to the champ, backstage while cameras were off, he grabbed TJ by the throat and slammed his head against the wall.
