After yesterday’s press conference, there is no denying UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor will have a major size advantage over Floyd “Money” Mayweather.
On Tuesday, McGregor and Mayweather squared off for the first time at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Everyone knew McGregor had a size advantage, but no one knew just how big it would be until the two went face-to-face.
Standing next to each other, McGregor did not only have a height advantage, but his overall frame was larger than the legendary boxers. Mayweather primarily competed at 147 pounds during his boxing career, while McGregor has fought as high at 170 pounds.
On Aug. 26, the two will fight at 154 pounds in a 12-round boxing match. Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
This week, Mayweather and McGregor are traveling to four different cities, in three different countries, to promote their highly anticipated fight. On Wednesday, the two will appear in Toronto before traveling to Brooklyn and London.
