We’ve been waiting to receive a word from Jon Jones, without just cryptic bumper sticker slogans, and we finally got one.
Just one day after being stripped from his world title for a third time, and removed from the UFC rankings, Jon Jones took to twitter to proclaim his innocence.
Jones stated,
Dude the truth is I would never do steroids, I put that on my children and I put that on my Heavenly Father https://t.co/i8EEbrQU5x

We can still hold out hope that an explanation for the drug coms forward, and keeps Jon off the shelf. Otherwise, it could be a four-year ban from the sport should Jones be found guilty.
