LFA flyweight champion Andrea “KGB” Lee made her way onto the UFC roster just days after making a successful title defense against Jamie Thorton. Before long, Lee was set to make her UFC debut. That being said, Lee’s octagon debut would never come to pass.
The fighter was initially set to face off at UFC 216. However, “KGB” Lee was later pulled from the card because of a previous drug test failure. Having failed a drug test within Nevada in 2016, Lee must remain in the USADA testing pool for a minimum of six months before competing with the UFC.
Andrea Lee is on a four fight winning streak as a mixed martial artist. Three of her last four victories have come by a finish. Lee now holds a professional record of 8-2. Appearing on The Fight House podcast, Andrea Lee offered an explanation as to the origin of her drug test failure.
