Tony Ferguson and Kevin Lee have been brewing a feud for months. Last night, the two UFC contenders were given an opportunity to settle things face to face. Meeting inside the octagon for a hype worthy main event match up, Ferguson and Lee went to war. Now replay footage from the awesome event has made its way onto the internet.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted the highly anticipated UFC 216 on Saturday night inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. In the night’s main event, “El Cucuy” and Kevin Lee went toe-to-toe for the interim lightweight title.
Kevin Lee came in full force at the start of the fight, putting pressure on Ferguson for the first round of their headlining brawl. However, Tony Ferguson was able to outpace his opponent later in the fight. In the end, Ferguson managed to lock in a submission win over Lee and was granted the interim title for this victorious performance.
