Set to headline the UFC 218 event in Detroit, Max Holloway and Frankie Edgar will finally fight in one of the most highly-anticipated featherweight bouts in UFC history.
For Holloway, it will be his first attempted title defense, and for for the former UFC lightweight champion Edgar, it will be his third attempt to capture featherweight gold.
UFC 218 goes down on Dec. 2 from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. The night’s main card will air live on pay-per-view.
Taking to the pre-fight media tour today, Edgar and Holloway came face-to-face for the first time.
The UFC featherweight champion released a photo of the two standing side-by-side and their size difference is startling.
