UFC welterweight Colby Covington made headlines after his decision victory over Demian Maia at UFC Fight Night 119. However, it was not always for the fighter’s performance.
In his post-fight interview, there inside the arena in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Covington called Brazil a “dump” and its residents “filthy animals.” The fighter has since received quite a bit of heat from fighters, as well as fight fans.
Most recently, mixed martial arts veteran Fabricio Werdum had physical altercation with the fighter in the streets. Werdum threw a boomerang at Colby Covington, with the incident having been caught on video. Now an animated parody of the incident is making its way across the internet.
