It would appear that UFC interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson has some heated words for UFC superstar Conor McGregor. This time, “El Cucuy” decided to take to social media to let his thoughts be known.
Tony Ferguson has been on the prowl for a title unification fight with “Notorious” ever since he took out Kevin Lee for the interim strap. However, the fighters have yet to come to an agreement for their octagon war.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was initially looking to set the two against each other at UFC 219 this December. However, SBG Ireland head coach John Kavanagh has since revealed that “Notorious” is not likely to return to the UFC until later next year.
Taking to Twitter, Ferguson offered the following heated message on the UFC lightweight champion:
