Alexis Davis’ Face Revealed Two Weeks After Disfiguring Scrap With Carmouche … Here’s The Update

Ahead of the holiday’s two former female UFC title challengers in Alexis Davis and Liz Carmouche faced off at UFC Fight Night 123 as part of the UFC’s new all female flyweight division. In the fight, Alexis Davis suffered some truly disfiguring facial injuries, and now, two-weeks later we have an update on the healing that’s taken place.

Despite the fight happening a little over two-weeks ago, Davis still has some visible bruising around her eyes, and some swelling of the face is still visible.

It’s hard to remember a female UFC fighter who suffered such a Mark Hominick type facial hematoma, and this might be the first.

Both Davis and Carmouche suffered losses in their title shots against female fighting legend Ronda Rousey, and despite her injuries, Davis actually won the fight against Carmouche.

Alexis Davis has been absent her social media for the majority of the last two weeks. However, she couldn’t escape the Holiday weekend without flashing her face for cameras.

As such, we have an update on the top female fighter’s condition.
