BEEF! After Long Stint At American Top Team, Nik Lentz Moves To Rival Gym

It would appear that UFC lightweight Nik Lentz has decided to change things up in his training.

Nik Lentz has a long history of training under the tutelage of American Top Team. That being aid, the fighter has since decided to move over to Lantana, Florida’s Combat Club. Taking to Instagram, Lentz revealed that he has been training with striking coach Henri Hooft.

“The world isn’t ready for Carny’s to have hands @henrihooft will have me on a different level next fight. This last fight was the first time I was moderately healthy in years…. and I was still maybe 80%. This next fight you will see. Never rest, no days off, straight to the top!

American Top team is home to some of the world’s most talented mixed martial artist, including the likes of UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley. Woodley has gone on to earn a mixed martial arts record of 18-3. That being said, it would appear that Lentz has decided to part ways with the camp.
