Rising mixed martial arts star Francis Ngannou has earned a reputation as one of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s most dangerous knockout artists, and rightfully so. The heavyweight was tracked at the UFC’s Athlete Performance Institute as having the most powerful punch in the sport. Now the fighter has decide to share some of his striking tips to UFC 219’s own Cynthia Calvillo.
Team Alpha Male’s Cynthia Calvillo is set to face off at against Carla Esparza at Saturday’s, Dec. 30, UFC 219. The event will be aired live on pay-per-view and will take place inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. In anticipation for the exciting event, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion has decided to share “UFC 219 Embedded: Vlog Series – Episode 4.”

Francis Ngannou will face off against reigning UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 220. The exciting title fight will be featured live on pay-per-view, as the event takes place inside the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts on Jan. 20.
