No F*cks Given, As Woodley Explains Decision To Pass Up RDA For Nate Diaz

There was a point, in the not so distant past, where all former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos had to do to earn a title shot against Tyron Woodley was defeat Robbie Lawler.

So, when Dec. 16th’s UFC on FOX event rolled around he did just that, and secured himself as next in line for a welterweight world title shot.

Then entered Nate Diaz.

The UFC, Tyron Woodley, and Nate Diaz have all plotted to spoil that party, and now RDA isn’t very pleased with being passed up.

Dos Anjos earned a title shot, was promised a title shot, and while he can likely still get a title shot, he’ll have to wait for this newly proposed Diaz vs. Woodley fight to go down.

Both Nate Diaz and Tyron Woodley have confirmed that they’ve agreed to the fight, and that the UFC has offered it, and it looks like it’s going to go down in July.

Woodley has been outspoken about wanting a big named fight, and RDA doesn’t exactly fit that bill.

With RDA speaking out against Diaz vs. Woodley, Tyron has issued a scathing response to the former lightweight champion.

Taking to his verified twitter account, Woodley stated, “I’m not his friend, family or anything close. I’m his foe. Could give a care less about his patience. I’ll deal with him after I finish my scrap with @NateDiaz209 go fight Qweefington if you are impatient and bored”

Ouch!
