UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis put on a stunning performance over the weekend. However, it is the fighter’s post-fight speech that has caught the attention of many fight fans. Now an unedited version of the moment has made its way to the internet.
Derrick Lewis and Marcin Tybura co-headlined UFC Fight Night 126 on Sunday night, Feb. 18. Tybura appeared to be getting the better of his opponent for much of the fight, as Lewis seemingly did not have an answer for Tybura’s ground game.
However, Lewis pulled out a miraculous knockout finish in the third round. Following the dazzling display, Lewis had a few choice words for the crowd in his post-fight interview.
At one point, Lewis called out his wife and stated on the live FOX broadcast that he was “going deep” tonight. The moment has since been edited out of the post-fight interview.
