UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley has entered a bit of a heated exchange with fellow UFC competitor and teammate Colby Covington over the past months. Covington first drew ire from many of his fellow fighters when he referred to Brazil as a “dump” and the UFC Sao Paulo crowd as “filthy animals.”
Former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum would go on to attack Colby Covington with a boomerang for the incident, with Covington electing to press charges. Tyron Woodley then offered some heated remarks on Covington following the incidents.
Now Covington has taken to social media to declare that Woodley allegedly has more dark secrets that former fighter War Machine.
“All this hate.. But why? It’s not my fault Tyron Woodley has more skeletons in his closet than War Machine.” Covington stated over Twitter.
War Machine, formerly known as JonKoppenhaver, was sentenced to life in prison in March 2017 after being convicted for 29 felony counts involving the assault of former girlfriend Christy Mack.
