Former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar has not competed inside the octagon since failing his drug test for UFC 200. The fighter faced a one-year ban for the test failure and has since returned to his place in professional wrestling with the WWE.
Lesnar went toe-to-toe with fellow WWE star Braun Strowman at the 2018 Royal Rumble, ultimately defeating his opponent. However, the victory came at a cost.
Strowman had Lesnar on the canvas and was preparing to throw down another blow, when the pro-wrestler accidentally truly kneed Lesnar in the face with brute force. Lesnar seemed shaken from the stunning blow, but quickly recovered and retaliated with a few serious strikes of his own.
