The sport of wrestling is a difficult one. It demands that competitors be in top physical and mental condition, as well as wield a bevy of technical skills.
With that in mind, this wrestler made taking an opponent down look easy. In the video below, two wrestlers can be seen kicking off the round with a typical stalemate position.
However, the wrestler in red made short work of his opponent by simply slamming him face first into the canvas with a single motion of his arm. Following the takedown, the wrestler in orange made little attempt to escape his position.
