Former UFC interim lightweight title challenger Kevin Lee put on an octagon war over the weekend. Now the fighter has come forward with his response to the knee wobbling headshot he faced from Edson Barboza.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted the highly anticipated fight card of UFC Fight Night 128 on Saturday, April 21. The event went down inside the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Headlining the night’s event, Kevin Lee went toe-to-toe with Edson Barboza in an octagon war for division dominance. Lee ultimately earned a TKO victory via doctor stoppage in the final round.
However, the fighter’s big win came at a cost. Lee suffered a massive head kick from Barboza during the fight, leaving the fighter weak on his legs and wobbling before eventually recovering from the stunning blow.
