Mixed martial arts veteran and UFC superstar Nick Diaz will soon be eligible for competition once again. Hearing the news, UFC knockout artist Mike Perry has decided to call out the fighting phenom.
Nick Diaz was dealt a preliminary suspension back in 2017 following an anti-doping policy violation with the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). Diaz failed to properly communicate his whereabouts with USADA, leading to the policy violation.
USADA has since decided to issue Diaz a one-year suspension retroactive to April 19, 2017. In just four days, the Stockton native will once again be free to fight.
UFC welterweight Mike Perry has since taken to Twitter to call out the fighter. Check it out below:
“If @nickdiaz209 wants to fight I’d be down to welcome him back. We can smoke weed all week together and I’d still put these hands on him @ufc”
