Two of the UFC’s most brash and outspoken welterweights, Darren Till and Mike Perry are secretly friends, according to a newly leaked text message between the two fighters, from Till’s Instagram DM.
This is uncharacteristic of both their personas, but refreshing to see from the two top prospects. At one point, prior to and after Till’s signature win over Donald Cerrone, these two were exchanging heated words posturing for a fight.
Till now faces off with former UFC title challenger Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson in this weekend’s UFC Liverpool main event. Till is undefeated at 16-0, and Thompson represents his highest ranked opponent so far.
Thompson is the official UFC #1 ranked welterweight in the world.
