Former UFC women’s strawweight Angela Magana has come forward with a new statement concerning Cris Cyborg’s recent fulfilled anger management course. However, Magana had decided to offer some heated words for the reigning UFC women’s featherweight champion.
Angela Magana and Cris Cyborg entered a physical altercation at the UFC Athlete Retreat back in 2017, following a series of trash-talking over social media. Cyborg allegedly struck Magana in the face, leading to police being called to the scene.
Cyborg faced a charge of misdemeanor battery for the incident, as well as threatening litigation from Angela Magana. Cyborg’s battery case has since been dismissed, as the fighter instead attended a impulse control counseling class and paid a fine of $398.
Taking to Twitter, Angela Magana has decided to reveal that she still plans to sue the featherweight title holder. Check it out below:
“Cyborg completed the anger management classes I requested so charges are dropped cuz the Queen says so. But the lawsuit is still happening… #roidrage #fuckmyendocrinesystem”
