WWE superstar turned mixed martial artist CM Punk is now set to make his octagon return. After suffering a devastating loss to Mickey Gall in his octagon debut, Punk will now face off against Mike Jackson on the live pay-per-view of UFC 225.
In a recent Reddit AMA interview, UFC lightweight Kevin Lee offered a comment on CM Punk’s skills inside the cage. Revealing that he has trained with the former professional wrestler, Lee had the following to say when asked how he would perform against CM Punk.
“That can’t be a real question. I go over to Roufusport to cross train a lot. I try n help the guy out. He need it.” Lee said.
UFC 225 goes down June 9 inside the United Center in Punk’s hometown of Chicago, Illinois.
