Former UFC women’s strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk was coming off of a tough two fight losing streak going into UFC on FOX 30 this weekend. That being said, the former title holder put on a victorious performance on Saturday.
Joanna Jedrzejczyk lost her title to Rose Namajunas by a first round TKO defeat. In their rematch, Jedrzejczyk suffered a unanimous decision loss to the new champion.
The Poland native was featured on the live FOX broadcast main card for UFC on FOX 30 this Saturday, July 28. Jedrzejczyk went toe-to-toe with Tecia Torres in an octagon war that ultimately went the distance.
In the end, Jedrzejczyk earned a unanimous decision victory over her opponent. In her post-fight interview, Jon Anik quickly lost control of the microphone, as Jedrzejczyk grabbed the mic to finish her interview on her own.
