UFC women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes and UFC women’s featherweight title holder Cris Cyborg are still attempting to lock down a super fight against each other. In the wake of the new negotiations, opening betting odds for the possible match up have been revealed.
Amanda Nunes first took to Twitter in an attempt to pressure her hopeful opponent into fighting this Dec.
“Waiting on you. @criscyborg #ufc232 December 29”

Cris Cyborg has since come forward with a statement, claiming that she will accept a fight against Nunes for Sept. but not Dec.
“I agreed for second time , fight Amanda Nunes September 8 #UFCdallas #UFC228 my last fight was 4 months ago. I’m ready to fight.”

Cyborg has since come forward with another critical statement on the matter.
“Since @Amanda_Leoa wants me to sit 10 months without fighting… any Featherweights willing to fight #ufc228? Nunes last fight only sold 85k ppv ….I’m not counting on much help from her to reach that $2.50 ppv bonus.”

With all of that in mind, as reported by oddsmaker Bovoda, Cyborg has opened as a massive -300 favorite over Amanda Nunes, who sits at +230 as the underdog. Of course, a match up between the two fighters is far from official.
Negotiations between Nunes and Cyborg fell flat when the two fighters were targeting a super fight for UFC 224. Now, however, the two are discussing things over once more.
