Boxing champion Gennady Golovkin and rising phenom Canelo Alvarez has finally locked down a date for their highly anticipated rematch. Now betting odds for the pugilist bout have been revealed.
Alvarez and “GGG” first went toe-to-toe back in 2017, with the match ending in a highly controversial draw. The two pugilist were then set to throw down for a rematch on Cinco de Mayo.
However Alvarez failed a string of drug tests, cancelling the rematch. The two individuals have since come to terms for a rematch, as the bout is set for September 15th from within the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
Now betting site Bovada has provided betting odds for the match up. Golovkin has reached a betting favorite with -190, while Alvarez is the underdog at +155.
