Watch Holly Holm's Flawless Flip Off The Diving Board

Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm is enjoying some time off after her latest victorious octagon performance. Now the mixed martial artists has decided to share a video of herself enjoying a day in the sun for all of her dedicated fight fans to see.

Holly Holm suffered a tough unanimous decision loss to UFC women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg back at UFC 219. However, Holm placed herself back inside the winning column at UFC 225 by earning a unanimous decision victory of her own over former Invicta FC featherweight title holder Megan Anderson.

Now Holly Holm has taken to the internet to share a video of herself performing a rather impressive dive from a pool. Bikini-clad, Holly Holm appears to be enjoying her Summer.

These Sandia mountains have the best trails. I wouldn’t run half as much of I didn’t live by them. Here’s a few pics from our run last week. And everytime we go by this rock it’s tradition to stand on it because it’s a drop straight down and you feel like you are standing in mid air. Beautiful spots that take your mind away for a bit. Gets me out of the city for a bit and gives me vitamin D, fresh air and a peace of mind? Thank you @mmacoachwink for showing us these runs long ago so we may enjoy them throughout our lives … in and out of training. And we also ran into friends along the way 🙂

Just finished a great run in the foothills in this heat and I love it. Thanks for facing the heat with me @chrisbreezymma …. now I don’t know what to do with the rest of my day because I’m done with all my training and it’s only 4:45 ? hope everyone’s having a great #humpday?

“What do you do for strength training?” Is always a common question. I do a variety of many different workouts. A big majority of them are just using body weight. Pull ups being something I do frequent… we change them up… some on the rings, some on the bar, some chin ups, wide grip, narrow grip, some kipping some strict, some with a slow tempo, some explosive and fast. Today we finished with strict pull ups focusing on bringing the bar to my chest instead of just getting the chin to the bar. Thank you @teamturningpoint for your constant push. My Monday challenge. My first time trying these. I was super setting these with true form sprints… this was my last set from my workout and I did it 4 times through. 30 seconds on the true form 8 each leg of single leg box jumps Give it a go sometime !:) #mondaymotivation @teamturningpoint @alexgard51
