During a recent kickboxing match, a fighter accidentally kicked a cameraman while attempting to do a cartwheel kick.
The camera man was standing on the ring apron while the fighters were fighting in a corner. One fighter threw a cartwheel kick but missed his oppoenent and kicked the camera.
In the video below, you can see footage of both the camera as it’s getting hit and footage from another camera watching the action go down.
The incident took place at the Tatneft Cup: World Championship on Wednesday. Deo Phetsangkhat was the fighter who struck the cameraman by mistake.
Luckily, the cameraman appeared to be fine after being hit, and the fighter didn’t look to have been injured after his foot collided with the camera.
