Mayweather Kicks Up The Trash Talk — Calls Conor A Name No Man Should Tolerate

Well, if fans were not teetering on the edge of their seats in anticipation of Mayweather and McGregor’s potential fight already, Mayweather has just made sure that every fan is listening. He wants to fight and he’ll fax McGregor a contract tonight to do it.

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor have been dancing around each other over social media and in interviews for weeks. Right when people think the fight is on, something changes. When fans start to doubt that the fight will ever be a reality, things get real again.

Now, in an interview with Behind the Gloves, Mayweather has decided to get visceral.

“Conor McGregor is blowing smoke up everybody’s [expletive]. He doesn’t really want to fight. If he really wanted to fight, sign the contract. You keep telling everybody that I’m scared of you, this is what I am going to do: I’m going to get a contract typed up tonight, I’m going to sign it and then I’m going to fax it over to Conor McGregor and see if he’s going to sign it. Conor McGregor, you a [expletive].” Mayweather said. The final censored word rhymes with “itch”.

While Mayweather is speaking plainly and with plenty of vigor, it’s hard to say if this adds any believably to the potential bout. After all, UFC President Dana White has already admitted that he has no interest in seeing the fight go down.
