Former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar put his WWE Raw championship title on the line over the weekend. After an intense match with Roman Reigns and a surprise appearance from Braun Strowman, Lesnar has lost his title in stunning fashion.
The WWE hosted SummerSlam on Sunday, Aug. 19, from within the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Featured in the night’s event, Brock Lesnar went toe-to-toe with Roman Reigns.
However, Braun Strowman decided to pay SummerSlam a visit by declaring that he would fight the winner of Lesnar and Reigns. Well, Lesnar took a thrashing from Roman Reigns before eventually dipping out of the ring.
From there, Lesnar made short work of Strowman before getting back inside the squared circle. This time, however, Roman Reigns managed to best his longtime rival and earn the WWE Raw championship title.
