The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) headed out to Sydney, Australia on Saturday night, Nov. 18, for UFC Fight Night 121. During the night’s event, welterweight Belal Muhammad earned a close split decision victory over Tim Means. However, fight fans are currently talking about what came shortly after the fighter’s victory.
During his post-fight interview, Muhammad decided to call out UFC’s Colby Covington with an intense message.
“I definitely got someone in mind. There’s a little coward I saw earlier this week by the name of Colby Covington, out here talking trash about other people’s countries. I don’t like that. I’m from Chicago. We’re both 170. Meet me in the cage, because if I see you on the street you’re going to the ICU.”
Colby Covington has been receiving quite a bit of heat ever since he called Brazil a “dump” and Brazilians “filthy animals” after beating Demian Maia at UFC Fight Night 119 in Sao Paulo.
