Two Weeks Removed From Cyborg Fight, And Holm Back To Looking Like Her Old Self

Former UFC bantamweight champion Holly Holm made another attempt for a UFC title back in December at UFC 219. However, things did not go the fighter’s way. Two weeks removed from her fight with Cris Cyborg, Holly Holm’s face is now looking back to normal.

Holly Holm first fought for the UFC featherweight title back at UFC 208, taking on Germaine de Randamie to determine the division’s inaugural champion. However, Holm suffered a controversial decision loss to her opponent.

Returning to fight for the title, Holm would go on to face now reigning champion Cris Cyborg at UFC 219. The two mixed martial arts warriors entered a brutal octagon war that would end up going the distance. In the end, Cyborg earned a unanimous decision victory over her opponent.

With that in mind, both fighters took some serious damage from their 25 minute battle on the feet. Holly Holm’s face especially took some punishment from the fight.
