To compete at the highest level, mixed martial artists are required to perform at the maximum potential of their physical and mental prowess. To that end, former Invicta flyweight and newly signed UFC fighter Andrea Lee has decided to take to social media to share a video of her latest workout.
Andrea Lee has put on an impressive performance in her mixed martial arts career, having gone 8-2 with victories over some seriously tough opponents. The fighter singed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in 2017, with her octagon debut initially set to take place at UFC 216.
However, the fighter was pulled from the event after it was revealed that Lee is required to serve a six month period in the USADA testing pool before competing due to a former drug test failure. That being said, Lee is still hard in training for her debut in the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion.
Taking to Instagram, Lee stated:
“#legday #assday #core and #conditioning at the @plexfitnessshreveport Gonna end the week strong, rest tomorrow and kill it half days sat and sun. Just in time for #superbowl50 #fitnessgirl #fitness #glutes #mma #wmma #ufc apparel credit: @worldismycage MAL Martial Arts Life”
